DANDENONG-born Ajdin Hrustic could soon join the select company of locallyraised Socceroos, such as Vince Grella and Ljubo Milicevic.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder sprung to national attention last week, when Socceroos boss Ange Postecoglou named him in the 30-man preliminary Socceroos squad ahead of the World Cup qualifier against Saudi Arabia in early June.
Hrustic’s selection comes on the back of seven firstteam appearances this season for Dutch Eredivisie club Groningen, and a call-up to the Australian Under-23 training camp, where he impressed coach Josep Gombau.

Congratulations to Ajdin Hrustic (left) and Nuh Sehavdic (right)!
Recently two ex-Heatherton juniors have made headlines.
Close to home, a talented 17 year midfielder Nuh Sehavdic signed for Melbourne Victory. In round 8 of NPL Victoria U20, Nuh came on in second half against Dandenong Thunder and immediately made his presence felt by scoring two goals.
On the other side of the world, Ajdin Hrustic (20 years old) played his first seniors game for Groningen FC in the Holland Eredivisie.

Man of the match: Meldin Klehic with a hat-trick.
In round 3, Heatherton made their first away trip of many to come to North Caulfield and came away with a deserving win.
North Caulfield came into the match after a win and loss in first two rounds, whilst Heatherton recorded a loss and a draw, so both teams were desperate for 3 points.

U prilogu je spisak svih donatora.
U subotu 25. marta 2017. godine odrzano je donatorsko vece za BH Centar Springvale. Kao i mnogo puta do sada odziv clanova i prijatelja kluba je bio na izuzetnom nivou i u toku noci uplaceno je preko $15,000.
Zbog privatnih obaveza manji broj prijatelja BH Centra nije bio u mogucnosti prisustvovati donatorskoj veceri pa su svoje dobrovoljne priloge uplatili par dana kasnije, tako da je ukupan iznos $17,970.
